By accessing, browsing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Business Information

This website is operated under the trading name:

Trading name: AINTI
Legal business name: [Insert legal business name or full name]
Registered address: [Insert business address]
Email: info@ainti.gr
Telephone: 2310 518 434

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
  • Interfere with the security or proper operation of the website
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material
  • Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission
  • Provide false or misleading information when placing an order

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when these terms are violated or when this is necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, colours may appear differently depending on the screen, device and display settings used. Because many AINTI products are handmade, minor variations in colour, embroidery, stitching, placement or finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of each piece and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product availability may change without notice. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is complete and accurate
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method
  • You accept the product price and any applicable delivery charges

After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A purchase agreement is completed when the order has been accepted and prepared or dispatched by AINTI.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:

  • The product is unavailable
  • The payment cannot be authorised
  • The price or product information contains an obvious error
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected
  • Delivery to the provided address is not possible

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be accepted, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Prices

Product prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated on the website.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before the order is completed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before processing the order or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

6. Payments

Payment can be made using the methods displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. AINTI does not directly receive or store complete payment card details.

An order may not be processed until the payment has been successfully authorised or completed.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is complete and accurate.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by product preparation, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where an order contains handmade or made-to-order products, additional preparation time may be required. Any relevant preparation estimate should be stated on the product page or communicated after the order is placed.

AINTI is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without providing a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they, or a person nominated by them, receive the products.

To exercise this right, you must inform AINTI of your decision through a clear statement sent to: info@ainti.gr.

After notifying us, the products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days.

Unless otherwise stated or agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

Returned products must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit. The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are:

  • Made to the customer’s specifications
  • Clearly personalised or custom-made
  • Sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, where the legal requirements for this exception are met
  • Otherwise excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer legislation

Any applicable exclusion should be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

10. Return Conditions

Products returned to AINTI should be:

  • Unworn, other than briefly tried on where appropriate
  • Unwashed and unused
  • Free from stains, odours, damage or alterations
  • Returned with their original tags, packaging and accessories

These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

For hygiene reasons, customers are advised to try on swimwear or similar garments over their own underwear and not to remove any hygiene protection before deciding whether to keep the product.

11. Refunds

Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, the relevant refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed.

The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned products or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer selecting a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option may not be refundable.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if a product is defective, damaged during delivery or different from the product ordered.

Contact: info@ainti.gr

Your message should include your order details and, where reasonably possible, photographs showing the issue.

Products that are defective or do not conform to the order are covered by applicable consumer-protection legislation. Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

13. Handmade Products

AINTI products may include handmade embroidery, hand-painted details, stitching and other manually applied elements.

Minor differences between individual items or between a product and its website photograph may occur. Such differences are characteristic of handmade production and do not automatically mean that the product is defective.

Care instructions supplied with the product should be followed. AINTI is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, improper care, misuse, normal wear and tear or failure to follow the provided instructions.

14. Customer Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activities performed through your account.

You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms of Use.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the website belongs to AINTI or is used with permission. This includes:

  • Product designs
  • Artwork and illustrations
  • Photographs and videos
  • Logos and brand elements
  • Text and product descriptions
  • Graphics and website design

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

You may view and temporarily store website content only for personal and non-commercial use.

16. User Content and Reviews

If the website allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, the submitted material must not:

  • Be unlawful, misleading, threatening or abusive
  • Violate another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • Contain malicious code, advertising or irrelevant promotional material
  • Misrepresent the customer’s genuine experience

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, payment providers or delivery services.

These services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and policies. AINTI is not responsible for the availability, security, content or practices of third-party services.

18. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, AINTI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the website.

AINTI is also not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, provided that all legally required measures have been taken.

20. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Please review these policies to understand what information we collect and how it is used.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use when our services, website functionality, business practices or legal obligations change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the date of the most recent update.

The terms applicable to an order are generally those in force when the order is placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

22. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union consumer-protection legislation.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts, without restricting any mandatory rights that consumers may have regarding jurisdiction or alternative dispute resolution.
